Inetum receives Top Employer Europe 2023 certification and confirms its ambitious recruitment plan of 7,000 positions worldwide in 2023

The Inetum Group has been distinguished by the Top Employers Institute as one of the Top Employers in Europe for 2023. The IT services company is certified for its HR policy. This distinction in particular recognizes the company’s activities in France, Belgium, Poland, Spain and Portugal. The Group has announced a recruitment plan for 2023 of 7,000 positions worldwide.

For more than 25 years, the Top Employers Institute has been evaluating companies’ human resources and management practices. As a unique and independent observer, the Institute relies on the audit of nearly 1,700 organizations in 119 countries to distinguish employers who create optimal conditions for the development of their employees, both professionally and personally. This year, the Top Employers Institute has recognized Inetum, the leading IT services and digital solutions company in Europe, for its innovative HR practices by awarding the Group with Top Employer Europe 2023.

In recent years, the IT services sector has seen an unprecedented growth in recruitment needs, corresponding to the acceleration of the digitalization of companies and digital uses. In 2022, Inetum led one of the largest recruitment plans in the IT services sector with 7,000 positions. The IT services company has achieved this ambitious goal with the integration of new talent in the 27 countries where the group operates.
